Terras Altas Hotel Training Facilities

We were approached by the management of Terras Altas Hotel, which specialises in hosting corporate events, to develop a masterplan proposal for a football training centre that could serve teams looking for a state-of-the-art facility near São Paulo.

The main idea was to create additional uses that maximise the hotel's revenue on vacant dates and during specific periods. The proposal also included a physiotherapy and exercise physiology recovery centre, capable of supporting scientific events and conferences.

The architectural concept works with natural elements, embracing the surrounding environment and rugged topography through straight lines, wood, glass, concrete and simple elements with a strong aesthetic presence.
