Supporting local football clubs to upgrade stadium infrastructure.
On a technical scope delivered to the São Paulo Football Federation, we provided construction guidance to help smaller clubs adopt new requirements and qualify for the first division. The infrastructure requirements covered not only stadium capacity but also media and broadcast facilities, spectator comfort and safety, and pitch and lighting adjustments. The scope ran for 3 consecutive years, built upon a strong relationship with the clubs and the Federation, demonstrating our team's ability to deliver the same high quality of service across projects of all sizes.
