Developing a mixed-use complex in an environmentally protected neighbourhood.
We were selected to develop a full masterplan concept for this privileged area adjacent to a highway between Santos and São Paulo. The proposal combined a variety of real estate products anchored by a multipurpose stadium with 45,000-capacity and an indoor arena with 8,000-capacity. The design included corporate office buildings, a logistics complex and retail spaces, aiming to serve as a catalyst for economic growth in the region.
