Paraguay National Stadium

We were called by the AFP (Paraguayan Football Federation) to help propose an alternative to the existing Defensores del Chaco stadium, aiming to create a new home for the Paraguayan national team. The scope included architecture concept design, masterplanning and technical consultancy, also supporting a group of experienced consultants involved in securing funding for the venue. The stadium was designed to be a world-class 45,000-capacity venue, fully roofed and featuring various hospitality spaces and products, aligned with a revenue-generating model and effective operating costs, positioning it as the first modern stadium in the country.
