Olimpia Club New Stadium

In partnership with Equipo Sports Marketing & Events, we developed a proposal for a complete renovation of the traditional Olimpia Manuel Ferreira Stadium in the heart of Asunción, Paraguay. The compact site presents great architectural challenges while at the same time bringing spectators very close to the pitch. The stadium features a fully roofed capacity of 15,000+, modern facilities, 1,100 sqm of adjacent retail spaces and a 750-space parking garage. The main plaza connecting the stadium to the primary access road will also serve daily uses, contributing to the financial feasibility of the complex and keeping it connected to the city 365 days a year.
