A new concept of leisure and entertainment destination in a compact solution.
We participated in the tender process promoted by the municipality of Guarulhos to present feasibility models for the concession of the Fioravante Sports Complex, aiming to transform it into an international standard indoor arena that would attract premium content and events to the city, close to São Paulo.
The project consists of a mixed-use complex anchored by a multipurpose indoor arena with flexible capacity ranging from 7,000 to 12,000 spectators depending on the event type, from sporting events to concerts and esports.
The complex will also feature a 6,000 sqm mall adjacent to a 7-storey corporate tower and a mid-scale hotel, served by a 600-space parking garage.
