Administrative Headquarters Porto Alegre City Council - Architecture Competition

This architecture competition demonstrated our technical team's flexibility in proposing creative solutions for building typologies beyond sports venues. Representing the democratic values of the City Council, the complex embraces transparency and openness, inviting the public to appropriate its dynamic spaces. The design also seeks to offer visual comfort drawn from the surrounding landscape. The building's position on the site creates a landmark reference in the city without conflicting with the existing architecture, allowing visitors to enjoy both the adjacent park and the beautiful views of the Guaíba River.

One of the project's key premises is the use of local materials to achieve better energy and sustainable performance, with a focus on environmental comfort, low maintenance and environmental certification.
